A bit about my designs
D'Bern Designe are small ideas which comes from my passion for dogs, our beautiful breed, Bernese Mountain dogs, which are a huge part of my life for over 25 years.As a breeder for over 20y I understand very good how important are correct proportions,soundness and typ of the breeds-and that is what I also try to show in my designs- no matter if design is made like a cartoon, black & white,drawing ,ilustration ,handmade ...it always need to show all what the breed represent.
All designs in my shop are unique ( also hand made and hand painted ones ) ,with the story to tell ,from every day˙s life with a Bernese/dog, made with love and touch of fashion -all what you need to show your passion to Bernese Mountain Dog breed ( or any other dog breeds ) in Your way.
To be unique is not a privilage, it is simply beeing You -You and Your love to the breed!

What is the D´Bern Designe return policy?
Every D´Bern Designe purchase is made to order and pay. We certainly hope you love your item(s), but on the off chance you are experiencing any issues, We are here to help!
For a quick resolution, if you received damaged or defective item(s), please submit photos on the email dberndesigne@gmail.com before starting a return.
Return Policy
*Items MUST be in unused/unworn condition in original package.
*Return requests must be submitted within 4 days of the delivery date and the item /order returned within 14 days of the delivery date back to D´Bern Designe address.
*Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
*Custom designed products, and eGift Cards are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
*Items ordered in wrong size ( too small or too big ), colors, are not eligible for return. Please make sure to meassure yourself before you submit an order or contact us and we will help you to choose the correct size.
*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
*We do not offer money refunds.( unless is a fault of D´Bern Designe ).You have rights for the same items or change for any other item you would like from the shop , for the same amount ,after you provide the tracking nr of returning item .Please read above about the return request.
Starting a Return
To submit a return request, write us about the order/item´s problem with submited photos ( from the photos must be clearly seen the whole product ) on dberndesigne@gmail.com and don´t forget to include the order nr. from which you’d like to make a return.

Important note about our shipping terms and conditions:
We would like to inform all our customers that all handmade and hand painted products ,as well vet beds, are shipped from Slovenia.All other products, we designed and created, we shipped on customers adresses from different countries all over the world.( to provide the best shipping and products prices as possible ) Thats for sometimes customers will need to pay some extra custom fees or taxes, but that depands on your countries rules and the value of the orders. D'Bern Designe is not and can not be responsible for any rules from any countries ,thats for it is customers ( the person who order the products and the person to whos addess the order were sent to ) duty to pay all custom fees or taxes from their countries .( if needed )
